• JEC series products use gear transmission noise damping design, manufacture technical superiority, all adopt helical gear and bevel gear transmission; Noise vibration can be up to the level of worm gear drive; Overcome the worm gear drive’s shortcomings of low efficiency and short service life.
• The transmission efficiency of JEC1-7, JEC1-10, JEC1-15 can be up to 94% or higher,that of JEC3-10, JEC2-15, JEC2-25 is not lower than 96%, 15% higher than that of worm gear and worm reducer, save 25% to 25% energy.
• Commercial type escalator reducer design life is of 70,000 hours, public escalator reducer design life is of 146000 hours, static load safety factor is five times higher than that of commonly used.
